1. What makes Ice Planet ice different from other ice manufacturers in our region?
Ice Planet produces the highest quality ice cubes. The cubes are solid – without holes, their shape is uniform, and the ice is cleanly cut. We eliminate chips, crumb and other unwanted fragments to ensure that our product contains only well-shaped cubes.
Our ice is aesthetically pleasing, enjoyable to use, and melts slowly, keeping your drink cool for longer.
2. What is the difference between home made ice and ice produced by Ice Planet?
Ice Planet ice is crystal clear and free of any impurities. The cubes are large and aesthetically pleasing. The melting time of Ice Planet ice is significantly longer than home made ice.
3. What water we use to make Ice Planet ice cubes?
Water from the municipal supply is used. It goes trough multiple stages of filtration and, in the final stage, UV lamp sterilization. The production process is closed and fully automated.
4. Is Ice Planet ice certified?
Yes. Ice Planet has ISO 22000 certificate.
5. Why Ice Planet ice last longer?
Ice Planet ice lasts longer due to its shape as a solid and smooth cylindic cube. One key feature is the absence of a hole.
Additionally, the production process, including multi-stage freezing, plays an important role.
6. Does Ice Planet ice have any taste or smell?
Ice Planet ice has neither smell nor taste. A custom-built water treatment plant in our factory ensures highest quality of our products. Our entire production and packaging process is 100% hands-free
7. Is Ice Planet ice safe?
Ice Planet ice is totally safe for consumption. We conduct regular laboratory tests on the product and the water used for its production. The production process is automated and completely closed. All of our products meet international food safety standards.
